FinOpsBooster Terms of Use
These terms of use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions that users must comply with when using FinOpsBooster (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by DELTA Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all actions taken by users when using the Service.
The Company may change these Terms without notifying users. The revised Terms will take effect when displayed on the Service.
Article 2 (Service Overview)
- FinOpsBooster (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") is a service that provides users with an estimate of potential cost savings based on the current usage of their cloud environment.
- Users are required to create a read-only role for diagnostic purposes in their cloud environment. The Company will use this role to automatically scan the user's cloud environment and present cost-saving possibilities in monetary terms.
- Users agree to the following:
- The cost-saving estimate provided by the Service is for reference purposes only and does not guarantee actual savings.
- The Company will use the information related to the user's cloud environment only for the purpose of providing the Service and for no other purpose.
- The Company will not make any changes to the user's cloud environment. Diagnostics are performed in a read-only manner.
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Service's diagnostic results. Users should treat the results as reference information and make the final decision at their own discretion.
- Users are responsible for deleting the diagnostic role from their cloud environment after using the Service.
Article 3 (Provision of Service)
- The Service is provided free of charge.
- There is no need for user registration or sign-up to use the Service.
Article 4 (User Responsibilities)
- Users are responsible for accurately providing information regarding their cloud environment when using the Service.
- Users are responsible for appropriately creating and deleting diagnostic roles. The Company assumes no responsibility for damages caused by improper role management.
- Users bear all responsibility for implementing measures based on the diagnostic results provided by the Service. The Company will not be responsible for the consequences of actions taken by users based on the diagnostic results.
Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following acts when using the Service:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal activity
- Acts that interfere with the functionality of the Company’s servers or networks
- Illegally collecting or using personal information of other users
- Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Company or the Service
- Using the Service for commercial purposes
- Impersonating other users
Article 6 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Company will appropriately manage users' personal information and handle it in accordance with the Company's privacy policy.
Since the Service does not require user registration, no personal information will be collected.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users unless caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
- The Company shall not be involved in or responsible for any disputes that arise between users or between users and third parties.
- The Service is provided free of charge, and the Company does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, usefulness, or suitability for a particular purpose of the Service. Users use the Service at their own risk and discretion.
Article 8 (Changes and Suspension of Service)
The Company may change, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result of such changes, suspension, or termination.
Article 9 (Changes to the Terms)
The Company may change these Terms as necessary, and the revised Terms will take effect once displayed on the Service.
Article 10 (Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces)
- Users represent and warrant that they are not, and will not have any relationship with, anti-social forces (such as organized crime groups, members of such groups, or individuals equivalent to these).
- The Company may suspend the use of the Service or terminate the user agreement without any notice if the user violates the preceding clause.
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users due to the termination of the user agreement under this clause.
Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the location of the Company's headquarters.
Article 12 (Use of Google Analytics)
This app and the website provided by the Service use Google Analytics, an access analysis tool provided by Google, to understand usage and improve quality. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect data anonymously, without identifying individuals.
You can refuse the collection of data by disabling cookies. The collected information is managed according to Google Analytics' terms of service and privacy policy. Please check the respective pages provided by Google Analytics for more information.

Article 13 (Use of Sentry)
The Service uses Sentry for error logging and management. Sentry collects real-time error information to improve the user experience. The collected information is managed in accordance with the Company's privacy policy.

Article 14 (Use of Clarity)
The Service uses Microsoft Clarity for behavior analysis. Clarity helps understand website usage to improve user experience. The data collected by Clarity is provided in a format that does not identify individuals.
